How can we help?

Everything you need to get the most out of RepLift — plus a direct line to a human when you need one.

Getting started

RepLift is ready to use the moment you install it — no account, no sign-up. Here's the fastest path to your first logged workout:

  • Open RepLift and tap Start Workout, or pick a ready-made program to begin from.
  • Add exercises from the catalog, or search for the movement you want.
  • Log each set — weight, reps and (optionally) RPE. Your last workout is pre-filled, so most sets are one confirmation away.
  • Finish the workout to bank your XP, update your streak, and save it to your history.

Tip: RepLift is built for iPhone and Apple Watch on iOS 17 or later. There's no Android version — it's an iOS-first app.

Logging workouts

Fast set entry

Every set you log is remembered, so the next time you do that exercise the weight and reps are pre-filled from last time. Confirm to log, adjust if you went heavier, and move on. You can capture reps, weight and RPE without any clutter.

Plate calculator

Tap the plate calculator on any barbell exercise and RepLift shows exactly which plates to load on each side to hit your target weight.

Exercise catalog & custom exercises

Choose from a large built-in catalog of movements, each with details. Need a machine that isn't listed? Add a custom exercise — unlimited custom exercises are included with RepLift Pro.

Rest timer & Live Activities

When you complete a set, RepLift can start a rest timer automatically. The countdown appears in three places so you never have to stare at your screen:

  • Inside the app, as a large ring timer.
  • On the Dynamic Island (on supported iPhones).
  • On your Lock Screen as a Live Activity.

If the timer doesn't appear on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island, make sure Live Activities are enabled: Settings → RepLift → Live Activities, and Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Allow Access When Locked → Live Activities.

Routines & programs

Start from a ready-made routine or build your own split in minutes — 5×5, push/pull/legs, upper/lower, or a fully custom plan. Once you've done a workout, you can repeat it with a single tap, and RepLift will pre-fill everything from last time.

Apple Watch

Run your entire workout from your wrist. Log sets, start and control rest timers, and move between exercises — all from the Apple Watch app, so you can leave your phone in your bag. Finished workouts sync back to your iPhone.

Not seeing the Watch app? Open the Watch app on your iPhone, scroll to Available Apps, and install RepLift. Make sure both devices are on the latest OS.

Apple Health

With RepLift Pro, finished workouts sync to Apple Health automatically, so your training counts toward your activity and lives alongside the rest of your health data. You'll be asked to grant permission the first time — you can review or change it any time in Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → RepLift.

RepLift Pro

RepLift Pro is an optional in-app upgrade that unlocks:

  • Advanced progress charts — 1RM trends, volume history and personal records for every exercise.
  • Unlimited custom exercises — add every machine in your gym.
  • Apple Health sync — finished workouts count toward your Health activity.
  • Ad-free experience — nothing between you and the bar.

Restoring a purchase

Changed or reset your device? Open Settings inside RepLift and tap Restore Purchases. Your Pro access is tied to your Apple Account. Subscriptions are managed in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone.

Data & privacy

Your training data is stored on your device. RepLift doesn't require an account and doesn't ask you to hand over your workouts. If you enable Apple Health sync with Pro, finished workouts are written to Apple Health on your iPhone. For the full picture, read our Privacy Policy.

Troubleshooting

The rest timer isn't showing on my Lock Screen

Enable Live Activities for RepLift in Settings → RepLift, and confirm Live Activities are allowed on the Lock Screen. A quick app restart usually does the trick after changing the setting.

My Apple Watch workout didn't sync

Keep your iPhone and Watch nearby and unlocked, on the same Apple Account, and on the latest OS. Opening RepLift on the iPhone will pull in any workouts finished on the Watch.

I upgraded to Pro but don't see the features

Tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings, and make sure you're signed in with the Apple Account you purchased with.
