RepLift is built for iPhone and Apple Watch, and runs on iOS 17 or later. It syncs finished workouts to Apple Health, and the rest timer appears on the Dynamic Island and Lock Screen. It's an iOS-first app — there's currently no Android version.

Yes. Logging workouts, the rest timer, routines, the rank ladder, Apple Watch and the plate calculator are all free. RepLift Pro is an optional in-app upgrade that unlocks advanced progress charts, unlimited custom exercises, Apple Health sync and an ad-free experience.
